Hot Tea and Chopsticks

I am learning to understand and speak Mandarin Chinese.
I try to practice while I am in Chinese restaurants.  However, most Chinese in central Oregon speak Cantonese rather than Mandarin.
When I go to a Chinese restaurant, I would like to ask the following in Chinese:
"May I have a cup of hot tea and chopsticks?"
How would I say that in Mandarin?
How would I say that in Cantonese?
