Chinese language

English is not the most-spoken language on the planet.  One in five around the world speaks Chinese, outnumbering native English speakers two-to-one  — including those in the U.S., Britain, Australia and New Zealand.

But in here Australia if you don’t speak then you don’t find jobs.
The Chinese speaks people are it mostly their shops or restaurnts and their home…
All streets signs are writen by english too.
    Enjoy your day,

    • Here in Oregon, most Chinese speak Cantonese. That’s why it is hard for me to find a teacher. Few Chinese here speak Mandarin.

Although most people here speak English, Spanish is also a popular language because of the thousands of immigrants who come here from Mexico and South America.

I think most immigrants should be given more opportunities to speak their native language. Then their culture is preserved.
