I found this recipe on the Internet and thought I’d try it tonight.
It’s true! You need only one ingredient, bananas.
The recipe works! I tried it tonight, and the banana ice cream was delicious.
First, you peel the bananas.
Then, you cut them into small pieces.
Freeze the cut pieces for just 1-2 hours on a plate.
(Don’t freeze any longer. That was my mistake tonight. Mine where frozen more than a day, and it took longer to blend them.)
Then keep on blending the bananas until they turn into ice cream.

Be patient. It takes a while, but the bananas do become creamy.
This is what the bananas look like after the blending is complete. It’s just as delicious as it looks.
My lovely wife made a further improvement by adding chopped walnuts to the ice cream. The addition made it all the better. 🙂
