This is Spumgolion, a spaghetti dish passed down to me from my Mother. It’s my favorite.
Here’s the recipe:
1 – 1.5 lb. (0.5 kg ñ 0.7 kg) ground beef
1 small onion chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can who1e tomatoes
1 pkg. sloppy Joe mixture
Brown meat in skillet. Add chopped onion and celery. Cook for about five
minutes. Add tomatoes and sauce. Bring to boil, lower heat, and add sloppy Joe
mixture. Cook for about 15 minutes more. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
